Our Summer Internship is targeted at those individuals whose ambition it is to become a portfolio manager. The programme is geared to give you a broad overview of our business and to provide you with practical experience before you take your first step in your career.
Working among seasoned investment professionals, the Internship will provide you with an important insight into the asset management industry and the opportunity to get real hands-on investment experience.
Our structured Summer Internship programme lasts ten weeks through the summer, beginning from the end of June. Summer internships in its various locations around the globe are for undergraduates and Masters students in their penultimate year who will graduate in 2009. Successful interns seeking full time employment will be considered and encouraged to apply for our selective Associate Programme.
After an introductory day during which you will meet key staff in your location and be given a summary of our business, you will work for one of our investment centres for the duration of the internship in order to develop your knowledge of certain asset class. You will be expected to complete challenging projects on top of day-to-day tasks.
It is designed to be a challenging, educational and enjoyable learning experience for all those who are involved.
